HD boiler design and manufacture of a circulating fluidized bed boiler using clean combustion technology,the new boiler with high combustion efficiency and low pollution of typical characteristics of cleaning from the experience of other circulating fluidized bed boiler designed on the basis of optimizing.The coal adaptability ,can be applied to bituminous coal,lignite coal,lean coal,mixed coal and other different kinds of fuel,the combustion efficiency up to 99%.
Structure Features
- Natural circulation water-tube boiler single boiler barrel, an n-shaped structure.
- The hearth is membrane water wall hanging closed structure.
- Adopting the water cooling air chamber and a water cooling cloth wind plate, under the bed of water.
- Separated by high temperature insulation volute cyclone cylider, outer furnace arrangement.
- Superheater, economizer, air preheater is arranged in the tail shaft.
