Natural Gas Fired Steam Boiler Membrane Waterwall Panel
A waterwall in a boiler is a furnace wall comprised of refractory and tubes in a water-tube boiler. The tubes are evenly spaced and connect to headers that link back to the main generating bank. These components serve dual purposes: capturing heat that would otherwise escape to the atmosphere to help heat the boiler water, and keeping the refractory relatively cool to prevent spalling.
