Product Description
The waterwall is a heating component composed of multiple rows of steel pipes inside the boiler furnace, vertically arranged along the inner wall of the furnace. It absorbs the radiant heat from high-temperature flames to evaporate the working medium (water or steam) inside the pipes while reducing the furnace wall temperature and protecting the furnace wall. It serves as the primary evaporative heating surface in modern boilers and is also a fundamental component in the boiler water circulation loop.
Manufactured as pre-welded components for quick and easy installation, the membrane wall structure simplifies maintenance and significantly extends boiler service life.
