Water Wall Panels Description

The water cooling wall is the main radiant heating surface, which is arranged in the boiler box, and heat exchange is conducted directly with the high temperature flame.The convection pipe is the convection hot surface of the boiler. It is arranged between the outlet and the end surface of the boiler room.

Water-cooled walls and convection pipes are the main hot surfaces of boilers, and commonly used pipes are as wide as 51-60 mm boiler streel tubes, also as requested.

Specification

Modern boilers use water-cooled wall panels to reduce heat loss due to air tightness and reduce insulation costs.We use automatic finned pipe welding machine and large pipe bending machine to make water-cooled wall plate to achieve the desired shape of the panel, can have short welding head.We provide panel integrated manhole openings in the panel.

The main function of boiler water wall board is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to produce steam or hot water in the pipe, thus reducing the temperature in the box.

4. The water-cooled wall tube can absorb radiation heat well, and its evaporation intensity is 4 times that of the convection tube bundle. Appropriately increasing the water-cooled wall tube in the furnace will reduce the number of convection and heating surface.
