In simple terms, an economizer is a heat exchanger.

The manufacturing equipment is 30~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >3, the technical condition is in accordance with the standard of ASTM, EN, DIN, GB.

Main technical advantages of our low temperature economizer
1. The equipment body can be designed into many modules to ensure the long term and stable running;
2. The low temperature economizer manufactured by our company can guarantee the wall temperature is 5-10 ℃ higher than the acid , and flue outlet temperature is 10-15 ℃ higher than the wall surface temperature
3. Wall surface temperature can be adjusted according to the boiler load and fuel changer to avoid corrosion under low temperature
4. Changer the DCS system of the existing boiler to achieve the auto and remote control by computer .
Energy-saving principle
Add a heat recovery process to the cycle.Increase the average heat absorption temperature.Thus increasing the cycle efficiency.
In the start-up process of boiler (drum boiler), because the circulation of its steam pipe is not established, that is, the boiler feed water is in a state of stagnation, at this time the water in the economizer is in a state of non-flow.With the strengthening of boiler combustion and the increase of flue gas temperature, the water in the economizer is prone to vaporization, which makes the economizer part in an over-temperature state.In order to avoid this situation, the centralized downpipe of the steam drum is connected with another pipe to the inlet of the economizer as a recycling pipe, so that the water in the economizer is in a flowing state to avoid its vaporization.
