Product Introduction
The boiler is composed of a part that contains water to generate steam and a furnace that burns heat energy. In order to transfer the burning heat energy to the water in the boiler, the boiler must have enough heat transfer area. In order to expand the heat transfer area, the cylindrical boiler is developed into a tubular boiler to increase the heat transfer area.

The boiler headers have water wall header,superheater header,economizer header and so on. It acts action of gathering, mixing and redistribution in boiler systems. In structure, they include end cover hinders or necking hinders.
Working Principle
The water in these bundles must be continuously circulated to absorb heat and separate the steam, which is concentrated in the upper part of the box (barrel), and the water from the lower part into the lower box (barrel), and distributed among the root bundles to continue to absorb the heat in the furnace.
We call the upper and lower assembly boxes (barrels) boiler header.
