ASME Waste Incineration Platen Radiant Superheater Energy Saving
HD Boiler Co.,ltd High Pressure ASME Carbon Steel Waste Incineration Superheater Coil
Product Description
Superheaters are heat exchangers located in the upper part of the furnace that bring the steam to its live operating temperature with heat transfer occurring both by convection and radiation.

Functions
Radiative superheaters are used as the first heat transfer surfaces after the furnace. Often a platen arrangement is preferred to create a fouling-resistant construction. Spacing in the first superheaters can be from 150 to 1000 mm. Superheaters are the hottest heat transfer surfaces in the boiler, so they are often built with temperature-resistant alloys. As these superheaters operate at flue gas temperature ranges of 800–1200°C, they often need to be built with corrosion resistance in mind. High-grade materials are expensive and require special welding techniques and often heat treatment. Superheater type, design, material, and construction methods always involve compromise to achieve the desired technical level at low cost.
