Automatic Powder / Granule / Premixes Packing Machine Open-Mouth Bag Type

This packing machine is developed for granules (or powders) for chemicals, animal feed, grains and seeds, etc. Production process: bag taking - bag securing - weighing - filling-in - sealing-off (heat-seal/sewing) - conveying out.

System Constituent: Movable bag magazine, bag applicator, weighing & metering mechanism, main frame, conveyor, edgefold & sealing station (for ultrafine powder material, dedusting and exhausting devices shall be equipped additionally).

Warranty and After-Service:

As for machines, our company provides 12 months warranty period for all mechanical parts with the exception of electrical and electronic parts which are subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty starts from the B/L date. In warranty period, we will take the responsibility to repair or replace defective or damaged products, in case such defect or damage is not caused by the Buyer or it is the result of Seller’s mistake. If any damage is caused by the Buyer’s operation or improper maintenance, the Seller shall be liable for repair or replacement. But component(s) cost and repair fees shall be borne by the Buyer.

The inspection of the causes of the breakdown of the parts is exclusively up to the manufacturing company. All in all, our company can offer you assured products.
