High Speed Automated Palletizer / Stacker for Bagged Building Material Cement Mortar Lime

The palletizer stacks contained materials (in cartons, wove bags, barrels, etc.) or packaged/unpackaged regular-shape items on the (wooden) pallet according to a certain arrangement automatically. After stacking several layers, the full pallet will be conveyed out for further packing or to the warehouse by a forklift. It is suitable for the stacking of bags and boxes of staggered arrangement in after-packaging process.

4.Sliding doors close and a new layer is started. At the same time, pallet moves up to press against underside of the sliding doors to press and flatten recently formed layer
5. Pallet drops back down slightly for next layer to be placed on a flatten surface
6. Process is repeated until pallet is complete
7. As the pallet exits, a new layer starts. The sliding doors provide buffer to allow continuous palletizing
