Automatic Pallet Magazine System PLC and Touch Screen Controlled with Complte Set of Conveyors

Automatic pallet magazine system is composed of empty pallet conveyor, palletizing conveyor and loaded pallet conveyor. This system is widely used for finished products palletizing in various packing lines. Cooperating with palletizing robotic arm/manipulator, it can massively improve automation degree and decrease labour intensity.

Composition of the System

1. Electric Part

A. The electric control comprises of touch screen, PLC, and basic electrical components.

B. There are two buttons “power-on” and “power-off” on the panel of the electric cabinet; when the button “power-on” is pressed, the system gains power, and when the button “power-off” is pressed, the system is cutoff of power.

2. Blocking Mechanism

A. The blocking mechanism is made up of electromagnetic valves, air cylinder and stopper block.

B. On each electromagnetic valve, there is one button to test the air cylinder.

3. Conveying System

Pallet magazine is the equipment to store and dispatch pallets for automatic palletizing system. It is composed by the following parts:

A. Empty pallet magazine

To store empty pallets and dispatch single pallet out of the magazine; it can store at most 10 pallets.

B. Empty pallet conveyor

The empty pallet dispatched from the pallet magazine will be conveyed to the palletizing conveyor by this conveyor.

C. Palletizing conveyor

The empty pallet from the empty pallet conveyor will be used for palletizing here; after finishing the palletizing, the pallet will be conveyed to the loaded pallet conveyor.

D. Loaded pallet conveyor (standard dimension)

Different sizes of pallet magazine can be custom made as per customers’ requirement and site condition. As to the material of the magazine, there are carbon steel and stainless steel for customers to choose.
