Product Principle

Track and collect data in various steps of the production process, and then identify and reject defective products to improve production quality and performance.

Application

1. The visual system can be directly bridged onto the production line and in the same time realize functions including label detection, code detection, cap detection, liquid level detection, lifting ring detection and casing bottle leaking detection.

2. Based on optical principle, AOI (Automatic Optic Inspection) takes advantage of visual detecting technology to identify and detect common defects in the process of PCB panel production. During the detection, the system automatically scans the PCB panel via the camera and collects the image; the image is then processed using visual detecting technology to identify defect on the PCB panel; the defect will be then displayed on the monitor or be marked automatically.

Common defects of PCB panel: missing parts, excessive parts, solder ball, deviation, edge-on, wrong parts, broken parts, bridging, pseudo soldering, no soldering, insufficient soldering, excessive soldering, IC pin floating, IC pin bending, etc.

3. Using the industrial visual technology, each part of the workpiece can be detected. Then every workpiece will be tested for edge and roundness. At last, the position information of the defective workpiece will be passed to the robotic system, so as to reject the defective workpiece. The labor cost will be massively decreased and the economic performance improved.
