HS-CX full-automatic superfine powder packaging machine is a new type of machine developed by our company especially for food, chemicals, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The machine can realize functions including automatic bag feeding, automatic weighing, lifting filling, automatic de-aeration, automatic conveying and automatic sealing. It’s of high automation level, easy maintenance, high reliability and dust-free feature. This new type of packaging machine is quite suitable for the high precision bagging of dusty superfine powdery materials and powders with high volume of air.
 
Working Principle & Procedures
This set of machine is composed of automatic bag magazine, automatic bag feeding unit, bag clamping and lifting unit, de-aeration unit, bag tiding unit, de-dusting unit, conveying unit, sealing unit, control system, etc.
Vacuum cup bag taking from bag magazine → automatic bag opening → automatic bag feeding by manipulator → automatic bag clamping → automatic lifting and filling → automatic de-aeration (releasing air among the powdery materials) → automatic bag taking and guiding → automatic sealing.
Positive & negative pressure detecting system is running in the whole process, and the PLC and sensors are controlling the procedures to ensure the stable, reliable and continuous running of the machine.
 
Features of the Machine
1. Double-arm manipulator of bionic structure and original design, suitable for wide range of bags;
2. Procedures of automatic bag feeding is relatively simpler than other machine models; it only need five short stroke movements to finish one bag feeding operation, which will greatly reduce maintenance workload;
3. Bottom type material filling method and enclosed bag clamping mechanism will effectively control the dust, improve precision and reduce waste of material;
4. High precision pneumatic components of world famous brands are used to ensure service life;
5. Horizontal moving type bag feeding mechanism requires no vertical standing of the empty bag, which has relatively low requirement on hardness of the empty bag;
6. The bag feeding of this machine is bag mouth positioning, not the bag bottom positioning of other types; so the requirement on bag mouth size and shape is low which can reduce the cost of bags;
7. Bag mouth de-aeration mechanism is optional to release air inside to ensure compact bag shape and beautiful appearance.
