     Our FFS series of bag filling machines are fully automatic throughout the whole process. The main advantage of our full-automatic FFS series is its compatibility with different bag specifications, that means, it is able to change packaging size by adjusting bag length and width.

     This vertical packaging machine can be used to pack various solid and granule material: such as beans, puffed food, pet food, potato chips, dates, pistachios, rice, raisins, candy, peanuts, jelly, candied fruit, walnut, almonds, meat balls, sugar, salt, biscuits, frozen dumplings, chocolate etc.

Advantages of Hongsen FFS packaging machine:

1. Strong adaptability; for bags of different lengths and widths, only simple adjustment needed (bag length can be changed directly via the touch screen).
2. Accurate bag length control with deviation less than ±5mm;
3. Sealing cooling system available; taking advantage of vortex cooling principle to use cold air under 0℃ (lowest -40℃) to cool the bottom seal and mouth seal successively; the cold air generated by vortex tube blows directly onto the seal part, so the heat exchange efficiency is high and reliable; the seal can be cooled timely when environment temperature is high;
4. Bag de-aeration function; during the process of empty bag corners sealing, small triangular holes (size of hole adjustable, one hole each of the four corners) can be punched; the holes connect the inside of the bag along the seal which can not only ensure smooth de-aeration during pressing, but also prevent dust going inside the bag;
