Features:
A. High anti-corrosion: Non-corrosion during longtime use, because the material of PVC/APVC Corrugated Sheet don’t react with acid, alkali and salt. It is very suitable for the corrosive factories, acid rain and costal areas.
B. Excellent weather resistance: Using PVC as base material with UV ultraviolet absorbent, antioxidant and modifier to ensure durability even under the conditions of longtime exposuring in UV, humidity, hot, cold and impacting, etc.
C. High anti-loading capacity: Adopting the advanced co- extrusion technology , with high mechanical strength and physical properties. Test prove that Deflection≤3% at 1500N on 1.2M purlin space.
D. Good Fireproofing performance: Fireproofing performance is B1.
E. Excellent Heat Insulation: The thermal conductivity is 0.22, it is about 1/3 of clay roof tile, 1/2000 of 0.5mm color steel sheet. Keeping the best heat-insulation performance without any heat insulation facilities.
F. Good sound-proof and noise-proof : Effectively obstruct noise generated by rain, wind, etc. Lower 30DB than steel sheet.
G. Excellent insulation resistance: More safer than steel sheet at the areas of thunderstorm and near high-tension cable.
H. Environment friendly : Neither asbestos nor radioactive element, can be completely recycled to meet the requirement of environment protection.
