Oil Pup Joint for Oilwell
After oil/gas well completion, oil tubing with downhole tools and downhole pumps will be run in hole for production, the regular tubing size ranges usually from 2-3/8'' to 4-1/2'', for tubing with diameter less than 2-3/8'' would be used for flushing, mainly used for workover, gravel packing application.
In order to run the tubing pipe to the accurate designed depth, some short tubing pipe, that is pup joint will be used with length of 2', 4', 6', 8' or 10'. Other lengths are available upon requirement.
The Oil pup joint complies with API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5B Standard, the detailed specification is as follows:
