Description:
Steel grating is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welder welded by cutting, incision, opening, overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products.
Bearing Bar Centers – The distance center-to-center of the bearing bars.
Carriers – Flats or angles which are welded to the grating panel and nosing of a stair tread and are bolted to a stair stringer to support the tread.
Clear Opening – The distance between faces of bearing bars in rectangular gratings, or between a bent connecting bar and a bearing bar in a riveted grating.
Cross Bars – The connecting bars which extend across the bearing bars, usually perpendicular to them. They may be bent into a corrugated or sinuous pattern and, where they intersect the bearing bars, are welded, forged or mechanically locked to them.

Packing & Delivery:
Galvanized steel grating is normally packed in the way with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides.there are four or six pieces M10 long bolt penetrating the gratings and screwing them together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift. But we also packing our products on costumer’s requirement.
What is the quantity of galvanization? And how long will it last?
We do our galvanization as American standard, for over 5mm thick steel grating, it is no less than
610g per square meter , for less than 5 mm thick steel grating, it is no less than 460g per square meter usually it is 60-80μ per square meter. And it can last at least 50 years.
Do you provide design?
