CHSM Compact High Shear Mixer is a compact design machine in solid dosage mass production for mixing granules/powders and wet granulation.

Common High Shear Mixer process time is about 12 mins.

Wet granulation finished products are of good flowability, easy to dose/handle, low hygroscopic and compact structure. The granules with good solubility and high bulk density, granuler size 20~80 mesh, equivalent to 0.18~0.85 mm.

It is also widely used in food, chemical industries for similar purposes.
