Description:

IMS Integrated Milling Station is highly integrated design materials processing system in accordance with FDA, GMP and cGMP requirements. The system solved various problems in the size-reducing process such as closed materials transfer, powder contamination, over-heating, sieve damage caused by clogging and dust leakage etc. The system is applicable for sugar, extract and many other crystal materials processing.
The system consists of a feeding hopper, a screw feeder, a universal mill, a no-dust collecting container and control system.
