Description:

ADS Automatic Dispense System is an automatic and no-dust powder dispensing system. It feeds different materials to the target collecting bins by vacuum accordance to process formula. The dosing weight is controlled from a lifting electronic scale on each collecting bin. The material dumping and conveying, dosing precision comply with the requirements of formulas, and there is no dust emission during the whole process.
ADS Automatic Dispense System consists of bag-tipping station, vacuum conveyor, collecting bin, dosing device, dust removal system, electronic scale and IBCs.
