VF Vacuum Feeder consists of vacuum pump (no oil, no water), stainless steel suction port, conveying pipe, PE filter or 316 stainless steel filter, compressed air blow back cleaning system, pneumatic discharge valve, hopper and material level control device etc. It has intermittent and continuous working method. Intermittent discharge method is lower cost and easy material level control. The continuous dishcarge method is usually used in long distance and large capacity conveying.

It is provided with material level sensor for good material quantity control.
It adopts unique high pressure vortex air pump, which is featured by small volume, low noise and long service life.
The automatic pulse blowback cleaning filter ensures continuous running of the equipment.
