CS Centrifugal Spheronizer

Description:

WG Centrifugal Spheronizer is the main equipment for granules break down and spheronization processes. It consists of the hopper, tooth rotates disc, discharge device, drive device, frame, pneumatic system and control system. The granule extrudate is broken by the tooth of the fast rotating disc into equal length short-cylinder segments. The extrudate is then rounded to pellets under tooth push force, centrifugal force and friction between container wall and pellets. It is widely used for pelletizing in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry.
