The vap orized hydrogen peroxide aseptic transmission widow integrated the sterilization and self -cleaning functions. it shall be the professional device to fullfill the clean/ aseptic transmission of the materials among the different cleaning areas. meet the requirements related to GMP reg ulations etc. ORA BS system consists of input window , operating window and output window accordingly .The input window is mainly used fo r temporary storage of the materials and cover opening; the operating window is used for weighing and sampling: the output window is used for cover milling.

Basic configuration:

The vaporized hydrogen peroxide aseptic transmission widow mainly consist of the window, VHP sterilization system. to leafs door. high efficiency filter, centrifugal blower, temperalurel humidity sensor, dilferential pressure gauge. needle printer, micro pressure difference sensor. warning device, interlock and controlling part etc.
The ORANS system mainly consist of the window , high efficiency filter, centrifugal blower. online wind speed sensor, differenti al pressure gauge. and electronic balance etc. The window was surrounded and protected by the transparent acrylic plate on both the two sides, with the glove operating windows for convenient production and operation. and this may reduce the possibilily of the internal ORABS environmental pollution due to the opened door during operation.
