HSM High Shear Mixer

Description:

HSM High Shear Mixer is one of the main processing machineries in solid dosage mass production for mixing granules/powders and wet granulation. The machine is designed with a high operating platform for optimal process flow control and in-line milling system.

Common High Shear Mixer process time is about 12 mins.

Wet granulation finished products are of good flowability, easy to dose/handle, low hygroscopic and compact structure. The granules with good solubility and high bulk density, granuler size 20~80 mesh, equivalent to 0.18~0.85 mm.

It is also widely used in food, chemical industries for similar purposes.

Busch vacuum pump

The pump is installed in auxiliary area, its function is to vacuum load powder from container into HSM bowl.
