HSM High Shear Mixer

Description:

HSM High Shear Mixer is one of the main processing machineries in solid dosage mass production for mixing granules/powders and wet granulation. The machine is designed with a high operating platform for optimal process flow control and in-line milling system.

Common High Shear Mixer process time is about 12 mins.

Wet granulation finished products are of good flowability, easy to dose/handle, low hygroscopic and compact structure.

Wet mill sieve square perforation size from 3 x 3 mm to 14 x 14 mm. 

The granules with good solubility and high bulk density, granuler size 20~80 mesh, equivalent to 0.18~0.85 mm.

It is also widely used in food, chemical industries for similar purposes.
