LHSM Lab High Shear Mixer is mainly used for mixing granules/powders and wet granulation in the pharmaceutical R&D and pilot scale production.
Process bowl of Lab High Shear Mixer under 25 L model is exchangeable to meet big difference batch capacity requirements. One machine is usually provided with 3 exchangeable bowls. 
Common High Shear Mixer process time is about 12 mins.
Wet granulation finished products are of good flowability, easy to dose/handle, low hygroscopic and compact structure.
The granules with good solubility and high bulk density, granuler size 20~80 mesh, equivalent to 0.18~0.85 mm.
It is also widely used in food, chemical industries for similar purposes.
