Description:

AM offers line concept integrated solid dosage preparation solutions in pharmaceutical production.

GL Granulation Line is fully automatic batch granulation line. Materials transfer completed in a closed environment.

Raw materials processing employs bags dumping station, pulverising, powder sifting, dispensing and vacuum transfer functions, which are integrated into client powder preparation process as powder pretreatment system for efficient and optimized process. 

Vertical high shear mixer with platform and fluid-bed processor are the main processing units. Elevated discharge from wet mill of high shear mixer ensures a smooth transfer to fluid-bed processor. 

Finished products are milled and collected from fluid-bed in IBC bin, moving for total blending directly.
