Lifting cone mill is used in pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical processing industries. This machine reaches the world advanced level and conforms to the GMP specification. It is completely made of stainless steel material.

Raw materials entering the feeding gate will be fall into cone shaped working chamber and are sheared by rotary knives and mesh surface. The material is cut into small particles and released from the sieve. The granule size is decided by the distance of mesh size,rotary knives and sieve as well as the rotary knife speed.

The material to be processed enters into the feed inlet of machine, drops into the conical sieve chamber.

The rotary knife plays a whirling action to the material, and throws the granules to the sieve mesh surface by centrifugal force, The granulates are ground into particles by the shearing action produced by the rotary knife and the sieve mesh, and discharged through the sieve apertures.

The lifting feature of processing cone offers a very flexible connection in materials receive and discharging. The four-caster easy transportation feature also avails its application in many areas of the plant.
