Description:

DPH-260G is rotary heat-sealed high speed ALU/PVC, ALU/ALU blister packaging machine. It automatically performs preheating, house forming, feeding, heat sealing, code embossing, perforating, mould cutting etc. This machine is suitable for packaging a variety specifications of pharmaceutical products such as sugar coated or uncoated tablets, capsules, softgels, injection etc., it is also widely used for packaging foodstuff, electronics, medical tools, metal products.

1. One machine with both ALU/PVC and ALU/ALU packaging applications.
2. PVC and ALU roll width are both 260mm.
3. The cutting frequency is up to 40-200 punches/minute.
4. Plate thermoforming and rotary heat-sealing (cross-line/dot).

6. Specially made Aluminum alloy track for mould is optional for easier adjustment.
