Description:

Capsule Shaping Dryer is supportive equipment for shaping and drying of soft capsules. It is modular design, many units can be combined according to production size after the encapsulation machine.

Features:

With latest soft capsule drying technology and structure set up. Every set of rotation cages is made up of 4 to 12 combined cages. Each cage's rotation direction can be either forward or reverse separately through the control system. Any of the cages can be unloaded freely without affecting normal running of other rotary cages. The whole dryer is easy to disassemble, install and put into production.
Its running transmission part adopts an oil-free lubrication structure. The cage body is made of SUS304 stainless steel plates, mirror polished internally and externally. It's easy for cleaning on the whole and can completely avoid damages or contamination of capsules in the drying process.
Each of its rotation cages adopts a double-intake fan with separate air supply, strong air supply provides fast drying, thus improving capsule drying performance.
Its rotating speed change by cycloid reducer, stepless speed change and PLC, which can select any rotation cages for variable speed rotation, thus further shortening drying time and improving drying efficiency noticeably.
Each whole set is included with a distributor control cabinet. The motors, fans and control cabinet wire sources inside rotation cages adopt aviation sockets for connection. The whole set is provided with complete parts and easy for installation and debugging.
