Description:

The machine adopts automatic timing control to avoid manual operation errors and thus increase working efficiency. By equipping with frequency inverter, users can choose different rotate speed upon their specific production need to reach the most desirable polishing effect.
Structure: Being desk-top type, inner wall of polishing drum is mirror finished. It is easy for cleaning and meets GMP requirements.
Material: Parts touching materials are made of 304 or 316L.
Main body configuration: polishing drum (capsule guiding bar, cloth fixing ring, fast-opening discharging outlet and fast-opening feeding inlet), explosion-proof motor power: 1.5kW/380v.
Surface finishing: Mirror polish for inside and outside of capsule wiping barrel. The rest parts are matte polished.

Features:

The aroma spraying and double-polishing process (outside with fixed wiping cloth cover and inside with moving wiping cloth dipped with alcohol) is adopted. The greasy dirt on the capsule can be quickly removed. It shortens the operation time, reduces operational errors and makes capsules more shining. Its speed is adjustable according to different capsule properties.
