Mesh Gelatin Disintegrator is developed for processing the waste gelatin during the soft gel capsule process.
This equipment adopts the advanced technology of cutting, washing and recycling, automatically feed the waste gelatin and instantly break the net and wash and immersion, centrifugally separate the water, auto blow down and discharge the materials at one time in the whole process. Thus keep the recycled waste net with original bloom strength and original transparency
Apart from that, the utilization rate of waste net reaches utmost, which is an utensil to make full use of resource. The equipment is made of high quality stainless steel, convenient to be taken apart and cleaned, which meets the sanitary requirement of GMP. Working capacity: 150~200kg, degreasing property ≥ 95%.
