Description:
CGN208-D2 Pellet Capsule Filling Machine is a new type of capsule filling equipment. The new type of capsule orientation assembly adopts columns pin positioning, which shortens the mould replacement time from original 45 minutes to 5-8 minutes. With new online pellet metering device (patented technology), operator can adjust the amount of pellets without stopping the machine, which is convenient and reliable for micro adjustment.
Assisted powder feeding highly optimizes filling precision, minimizes error caused by the electrostatic adsorption of micro pellets.
