Description:

This equipment is mainly used for heating the PVC or other plastic film and forming various specifications of pallets.

The pallets are used for packaging ampoules, vial bottles, penicillin bottles, cassette bottles and many other round bottles.
Process: Film roll feed, preheat, shape forming, forming test, cutting, finished pallets, downstream equipment. 
According to customer request, can change molds for production of various specifications of pallets. 
Shaping and cutting mold replacement is convenient and quick.
Shape forming and cutting action were completed by two separate servo motors, process control is more flexible and convenient.
Can realize the seamless connection after machine stops. When restarting after a period of time, the machine won't produce materials waste.
The touchscreen human-machine-interface, which can display and heads up the troubleshooting on the screen. And the machine operation is simple, the user can be quickly trained for operation.
