PB Post Bin Blender combined the PLC and inverter control, consists of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control system. The machine is suitable for mixing and transferring materials in solid dosage production procedure and also in such area as food and chemical industries, etc.

This HTD1000 Post Bin Blender consists of post, hydraulic lifting system, rotation & mixing system, electrical control system and mixing bin. Hydraulic station is boxed behind main machine. Hydraulic cylinder is inside post. Reducer of rotating/mixing is boxed in front of main machine. There is a limit switch, work switch and safety device in the post. Electrical controller is beside main machine. Machine will be installed as per the site layout to facilitate convenient operation.

The system is equipped with infrared appliance to set up isolated working area, which ensures operator safety.

HMI human-machine-interface is user-friendly and easy operating. The system finishes lifting and mixing automatically in one procedure.

The system can save 50 groups of technical parameters for different products or different batches of the same products, which can be called directly when working.

The system is with dual function of mixing and lifting. The machine has mixing and dispensing functions, operator can choose the function according to requirements.

One HTD Post Bin Blender can work with bins of different capacities. This meets pharmaceutical enterprises requirements for different batch size mixing demands and easy for managements.
