Features:
High precision dividing box
Machine system uses RU100DF RU80DF high precision dividing box to ensure working performance and long service life.
Manual & auto capsule switch
Capsule switch designed for safety and easy access.
Closed turret
The turret is closed design with cover, which is easy disassembly for cleaning.
Imported silicone sealing
Upper/lower die adopts imported silicone sealing for minimum powder into the turret. The silicone sealing is the easy replacement, no need to open turret.
Metering plate
The design of the metering plate was increased, which improved the powder flow in the metering plate and the filling dose was accurate.
Jog function
The machine has jog function on the touch screen for easy commissioning and maintenance.
Multi-dimensional adjust mechanism
Multi-dimensional base adjusts mechanism minimizes powder leakage, which optimizes filling precision to be within ± 3.5%. (Patent: 20042006795X)
The mechanism is easy cleaning and commissioning.
Mini-dehumidification unit - Option
Added dehumidification unit inside the capsule filling machine cover, and next to the working station, which is beneficial for operator safety and process optimization.
Automatic oiling system
Double row silicone hopper
Double row silicone pad, no air supply, no dust flying
Mold purge cleaning
Compressed air purge mold surface and inside to clean sticky materials residue, which avoids sticks in capsules. The feature improves output capsules qualification rate.
