Application:

This machine is mainly suitable for round plastic bottles of various materials for bottle washing. Bottle transfer to the washing station, clean bottle by the air and outlet the bottle to the next process.

When the detection light eye does not detect the corresponding number of bottles, The air washing machine does not work and waits for the number of bottles to make up, and the touch screen can set the bottle counting time)

The bottle counter (the number of bottles is detected by the light eye after the air wash is completed. When the light eye detects the set number of bottles, the cylinder sticks out, waiting for the next batch of bottles to enter, the number of bottles on the touch screen can be changed, and the bottle counter time can be set)

The air-washing station adopt cylinder space bottles and is controlled by the front and back counting light eyes

Air-washing head lifting mechanism adopts cylinder control stroke for different bottles

Machine equipped clamping device for the irregular bottles, and controlled by the cylinder

With stainless steel protective door, the machine stopped when open the door, close the door and the machine needs to be restarted manually.

Can be connected with production line (there is a detection light eye on the conveyor belt after filling, the host stops when the full bottle is detected, and the host starts when there is no bottle)
