Description:

The equipment's own vacuum system is used to forcibly extract the air in the sterilization chamber, and then introduce saturated pure steam for a certain period of time and a certain temperature (pressure). When the saturated pure steam is in contact with the sterilized material, the heat dissipation principle is used to cause the protein of the bacterial microorganism to be denatured and killed, thereby achieving the sterilization and disinfection effect. When the sterilization process is finished, the steam in the sterilization chamber is discharged, and the vacuum system is started to evacuate the inner chamber, and the steam in the inner chamber and the moisture in the sterilization product are extracted, thereby achieving the effect of drying the sterilization article.

Features:

The main components of the sterilizer are: the main panel, the sealing door, the piping system, the electrical box, the feeding end and the discharging end respectively controlled operation panel and sterilization vehicle (optional).

The main design pressure is 0.3MPa, which is in line with the relevant national pressure vessel standards;

The sealed door adopts electric lifting and compressed air sealing technology;

The sterilizer has mechanical forced vacuum and gravity displacement emptying technology, and uses a saturated steam to pressure sterilize various articles;

The steam is divided into two ways, one way enters the jacket, the other enters the inner chamber, and the forced air is used to remove the cold air from the inner chamber (except for the liquid program), and the sterilization items are heated to complete the sterilization process;

The high temperature gas is condensed or mixed and cooled through the heat exchanger, and the vacuum returning system adopts a 0.22μm hydrophobic sterilizing filter;
