Cone Mill Process system Pharmaceutical Milling Equipment Screw Discharging

Description:

1. Check machine connections. Lift the lifting clamp and close the plastic bag to the cone mill discharge hopper.

2. Turn on solid conveyor to intermediately feed materials to the screw discharger.

3. Turn on the mill machine.

4. Turn on the screw discharger to start production.

When change bags, turn off the screw discharger, turn off the cone mill and the solid conveyor. And then lower the lifting bag to change plastic bag.

Features:

1. Metal spiral wire food grade powder suction lance and hose.

The suction lance is made for easy operation, on its tip has a PTFE cap to protect the drum.

The suction lance can put on a holder beside the column.

2.  Solid conveyor is venturi working principle, compressed air pressure is 0.4-0.6 MPa;

compressed air consumption is 700-1000 L/min

3. Materials feeding by a vertical screw. The screw is by servo motor control. It has independent stirrer.

4. A respirator is on the top of the discharge hopper.

5. It is lifted by a pneumatic cylinder to  suitable height to close the plastic bag.

There is a sealing strip in the clamp to contact the cone surface of the discharge hopper to make a closing.

The stable lifting action is guaranteed by two guiding strips on the lift and right sides of the column.

6. Put the plastic bag mouth on the cone mill discharge hopper and close by the lifting clamp.
