GGS-118(P5) Plastic Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine

Description:

GGS-118P5 Plastic Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is suitable for all kinds of liquid and pasty filling in PVC packing materials including oral liquid, pesticide, perfume, cosmetics, jam and food, etc.
First, the machine heats and forms PVC bottles from two PVC films, and then bottles are top open, ready for filling. The machine fills liquid in ampoules and seals the top. Finally, excessive PVC packing materials are cut and PVC ampoules are output. 

The bottles output are 5 bottles each cut, production capacity of the machine can reach 125 bottles per minute. 
According to requirements, this machine can work in-line with downstream packing machine.

2. The working processes such as unwinding, plastic forming, filling, batch number printing, indentation, punching, and cutting are completed automatically by the program.
