Description:

GGS-240(P5) Plastic Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is suitable for all kinds of liquid and pasty filling in PVC packing materials including oral liquid, pesticide, perfume, cosmetics, jam and food, etc.

It is one PVC film material feeding and forming bottles. Due to this reason, the machine can make flat bottom standing bottles. 
First, the machine heats and forms PVC bottles from two PVC films, and then bottles are top open, ready for filling. The machine fills liquid in ampoules and seals the top. Finally, excessive PVC packing materials are cut and PVC ampoules are output. 

The bottles output are 5 bottles each cut, production capacity of the machine can reach 125 bottles per minute.
According to requirements, this machine can work in-line with downstream packing machine.

4. It adopts electronic peristaltic pump device and mechanical piston pump

5. High filling accuracy with suction back function without any dripping.
6. The parts contacting with the medicine adopt high quality stainless steel
316L, and the outercover of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets with GMP standard.
7. As the bottom of the bottle is flat, so it can stand.
