1. Application
The Machine is mainly used for winding multilayer of glass fiber reinforced on the outer layer of high pressure composite pipe, through multilayer hot melt method stick the glass fiber on the outer wall of inner pipe, to form a fully combined solid wall structure.
2. Main Features
- Each pad pay-off tension adopts ZF hysteresis tenison control, which can realize full pad to empty pad pay-off tension constant.
- Inner adopt far infrared heater. Heating temperature automatically track the line speed and keep constant.
