1. Usage

This Line is used for armoring high-pressure composite pipe.

2. Main Characteristics

- Every cage is driven by separate motor. It adopts SIEMENS PLC to unified control and manage the working condition of each motor. The rotating speed and stranding pitch have be changed by stepless, and can be adjusted and dispalyed on the touchscreen.

- Flat steel wire pay-off tension is controling by mechanical friction or pneumatic friction(constant tension and adjustable).

- Stranding cage is adopting rigid frame type with good rigidity.
