1. Usage
The line is mainly used for produce inner liner of deep-sea oil pipeline, which can be borne the strong pressure inside and outside. It consisit of stainless steel tape inter locking machine, caterpillar, rollers stand and electrical control system.
2. Main Characteristics
- It is adopting 6 pairs pressure rollers for pressing and forming.
- It is adopting 6 pairs pressure rollers for winding forming.
- The machine has two plates, one for paying-off tapes, and another for storing tapes. The mutual transformation of the two tapes function improves production efficiency greatly.
