Panko bread crumbs are made from wheat flour, baked after fermentation using special equipment. They offer excellent frying resistance and low oil absorption. The finished fried foods feature a golden yellow color and needle-like stereoscopic appearance.

Our bread crumbs are suitable for frying shrimp, chicken, duck, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, and crustacean products. They can also be used in stuffing mixes to maintain food moisture and create a soft texture.

Panko should be stored in a closed container and kept in a dark, dry, and cool place such as a pantry. When well sealed, it will last approximately two years.

While panko doesn't necessarily offer specific health benefits, it is a healthier choice compared to regular breadcrumbs. Panko contains fewer calories, fat, and sodium than traditional breadcrumbs.
