Product Introduction

Mud Gun is usually connected to the top of drilling liquid circulation tank , it is distributed into high-pressure and low-presssure two types. High-pressure mud gun features large capacity and high pressure, usually has drilling pump to supply liquid. Low-pressure mud gun features large capacity and low pressure , is usually has sand pump supplied.

When mud gun installed on the compartment of the solids control equipment (such as centrifuges, desander), it is possible to occur this case that liquid in pump could carry solid phase. Liquid carrying solid phase (especially sand), if continuous recycle will lead to rapid wear of pump components and mud gun nozzles. Drilling fluid density, viscosity and nozzle speed, size and feed pressure will have an impact on the use of results. In addition, the elbow, tee, valves and pipe size will also affect the actual performance of mud gun.
