Introduction
TRLW series decanter centrifuge is a horizontal centrifuge with continuous feeding and continuous discharging. The settling speed is determined by particle size, particle shape, difference in density between solids and liquids as well as their viscosity. According to different rotating speed, it can be defined as middle speed, high speed and high speed VFD centrifuge. It is mainly used for recycling the barite, removing the fine solid particles sized in 2-7μm, controlling the density and viscosity of drilling fluid to keep the drilling fluid performance.
TR Decanter Centrifuge is designed for the drilling mud solids control and oilfield waste management. We have decanter mud centrifuge from 9 inch bowl to 22 inch bowl available for different applications. TRLW decanter centrifuge bowl length and diameter ration is over 3, this gives the best result for the drilling fluids cleaning.
Main Advantages of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge
- Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
- Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
- Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
- Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
- Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
- Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
- Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
- Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
