Introduction
Vacuum Degasser is used to remove the small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by mud gas separator. This unit is positioned downstream from shale shaker, mud cleaner and mud gas separator, while hydrocyclones and centrifuges follow in the arrangement.
TRZCQ Series Vacuum Degassers are able to serve the needs of any application. It is usually installed after shale shakers. Each degasser can effectively and efficiently remove gases from gas-cutmud, thus ensuring that the proper mud weight is pumped down hole. By doing so, degassers are able to aid in the prevention of potential blowouts. Unlike the traditional vacuum degasser, our degasser is a self-contained unit. It is monitored by level sensor to protect over suction of the fluids. The gas-cut mud is drawn into the degasser by a vacuum created by a regenerative vacuum without needing centrifugal pump.

- Vacuum degasser makes mud throw towards barrel wall at a high speed by rotor. Bubbles in the mud are broken thoroughly, making degasser have high degassing efficiency up to 95%.
- Scientific and reasonable design for structure. It can achieve effective separation of gas and liquid, filter out impurities, and ensure exhaust pipe always clear.
- Water ring type of vacuum pump work is always at a constant temperature state, suitable for flammable and explosive gas suction.
- There is a gas-water separator in vacuum degasser, which avoids water and gas are discharged at the same time, and also supply water to the vacuum pump, saving water and environment-friendly.
- Belt drive makes it avoid the complexity of the reducing gear, and guarantee long working time without trouble.
