Introduction
Decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipments. It is set behind the mud cleaner and desilter cleaner, using the principle of centrifugal action to separate the solid particles of 2-7μm from the drilling fluids. According to different rotary speed, it can be divided into middle speed centrifuge, high speed centrifuge and high speed frequency centrifuge. TR decanter centrifuge is widely used in oil & gas drilling, drilling waster management and sewage treatment.
Decanter Centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and the outer casing of differential through belts while the auxiliary motor, after the differential shifting speed, drives the spiral propeller. This will make the drum and the spiral propeller rotate in the same direction with a certain differential speed.
Features of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge
- Big bowl, large treatment capacity, high G-force is available.
- Stainless steel(2205) is adopted for main body(collection box included).
- Spiral propeller is stainless steel material, the welding cemented carbide or ceramic empiecement for the protection of propeller.
- Replaced cemented carbide ring or ceramic for protecting solids discharge outlet.
- Bearing: Germany FAG or Sweden SKF.
- Electrical Component: Siemens and Schneider.
- Three types overload protection:1). Transmission Safety Protection Device. 2). Fluid coupling overload protection 3). Electrical control cabinet current protection.
- Screw pump or centrifugal pump can be the feed pump for centrifuge so as to meet different requirement.
