Product Description
The Pure Polyurethane Mud Desander is a high-performance hydrocyclone designed for effective separation of drilling solids. As the second-level cleaning device in a complete solids control system, it removes fine drilling cuttings from mud (45–75 μm) using centrifugal force. Untreated mud is fed into the desander cone under pressure, forcing solid particles to move along the cone wall and drop down, while clean fluid overflows through the discharge. With its use of pure polyurethane or high-chromium cast iron cyclones, this desander offers a long service life, high recovery rate, and low maintenance, making it ideal for oil & gas drilling, HDD, and industrial slurry applications.
