Product Introduction
Jet mud mixer is a combination of centrifugal pump and mixing hopper with pipelines. It is scientifically designed to be the optimal solution for mixing of both mud bulk material and mud additive chemicals into the drilling fluid. TRSLH series jet mud mixer is composed of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined to use or be installed separately.
Our jet mud mixer can be matched with other drilling solids control system. It’s safe and reliable, and easy to move. It can improve pressure head of mixed liquid, enhance dispersion effect of material, make the material recycle and mix enough in the mud tank.
Features of TRSLH Series Jet Mud Mixer:
1. Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
2. The jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have good sealing performance.
3. Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank fully mixed.
